Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail so you should receive your package in about 3 days (10 days for international) in most cases. If you still have not received your package after two weeks, contact us.
International Shipping & Delivery

We now ship to several countries. We have selected United States Postal Service Priority Mail International as our only option for international shipping. You should receive your order in about 6 to 10 days. Please note that you will be responsible for any fees, taxes, duties, etc. that may be charged when your order arrives. These additional charges are out of our control and we cannot estimate them for you.

International Customs Fees & Duties

The shipping charges you pay us do not include any duties, taxes, or other fees that may or may not be required when the product reaches you. If you choose not to pay any import taxes, fees, etc. your order WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. If you refuse to accept the order, it will most likely be sent back to us and we will be forced to pay the fees so you will not receive a refund from us. Please check with your local customs office for information about duties, taxes, or other fees before placing an order. Since we are a retail store, we can not mark your order as 'GIFT' to avoid paying customs fees.

If you do not receive your order in a reasonable amount of time, please check with your local customs office before contacting us. It is possible that your shipment may be held in customs for processing or awaiting payment of fees. Please be very familiar with your country's customs procedures before you place an order.

Returns & Replacements
Within 60 days of the original date of purchase Cloak™ Bags will replace any item that is defective. Please keep in mind that this does not include any damages caused by excessive wear and tear. If you are unsure whether your item has a factory defect, please contact customer service at (772) 919-3671. We will also refund the shipping costs if your product is defective.

All Other returns
Within 60 days of the original purchase we will accept returns on clean and unused Cloak™ Bags* in the complete and original packaging. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. We can not refund shipping costs for items that are not defective.
*Any product that is received dirty, soiled, or unable to resell will be immediately returned to you at our sole discretion.
